FREE worldwide on orders of US$500 and above. Flat US$60 to anywhere in the world otherwise.

Dispatch

After your Wise payment clears, orders are dispatched within 5 days to Asia and within 7 days to the rest of the world.

Packaging

Cold-chain insulated packaging inside plain, unbranded outer packaging.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

Customs

Some countries hold or refuse peptide imports. We can't refund orders seized by customs. TODO: confirm policy

Damaged in transit: 1-for-1 exchange

If your order arrives damaged in transit, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and clear photos of the outer packaging and the damaged vials. We'll arrange a one-for-one exchange of the same product and size at no extra charge. Peptides that arrive intact can't be returned or exchanged once shipped.
