How much is shipping?
Free worldwide on orders of US$500 and above. Below that, a flat US$60 to anywhere in the world. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
How do I pay?
All payments go through Wise bank transfer. After you place an order you'll see our Wise details and your order reference. Please quote the reference with your transfer.
When will my order ship?
Once your Wise payment clears, we dispatch within 5 days to destinations in Asia and within 7 days to the rest of the world. A tracking number is emailed when your parcel leaves.
How should I store my vials?
Keep lyophilised vials cool, dry and out of light, and refrigerate them on arrival. Reconstituted vials must be refrigerated.
Which water should I add?
We stock bacteriostatic water and Hospira water (hospital grade) as add-ons. Your physician can advise which suits your protocol.
Are your products tested?
Yes, in three layers. Our peptide source tests its material. We regularly send batches for independent tests at Freedom Diagnostics Testing (identity, purity, net content and heavy metals). And customers who run their own third-party tests can send us the results. See Quality & Testing for a sample certificate.
Do you give dosing advice?
No. We don't publish or give dosing guidance. Your protocol should be built with your physician.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged in transit, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and clear photos of the outer packaging and the damaged vials. We'll arrange a one-for-one exchange of the same product and size at no extra charge. Peptides that arrive intact can't be returned or exchanged once shipped.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. Outer packaging is plain, with no product names on it.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account will let you see your order history once it's live.
